主要研究方向
基于大规模组学数据，综合利用各种生物学方法，解析家养动物适应不同自然环境和社会环境的遗传机制；揭示家养动物的驯化起源历史及优质性状的遗传基础。
以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表SCI论文18篇（6篇影响因子大于15）。研究成果曾获得F1000推荐，MBE当期评注，以及国际知名媒体the New York Times、ScienceDaily及国内多家知名媒体报道。
